Job summary

The role requires 6–7 years in building services, strong knowledge of CIBSE/british standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Hevacomp. You will mentor junior staff and drive design innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in building services engineering.
• Registered as a minimum Member of CIBSE or working towards accreditation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards (CIBSE, BISRA, British standards).
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Hevacomp.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Electrical and Mechanical engineers within the project team.
• Coordinate design with electrical design members and review MEP design against project brief.
• Attend design team meetings and report progress to the wider design team.
• Ensure QA procedures are followed and sign off junior/intermediate engineers' designs.
• Support the development of junior/intermediate team members and promote collaboration.
