Job summary

RYBKA, part of the BRUSH Group, seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design across projects, provide technical direction and drive high-quality deliverables. You will mentor engineers and work with BIM and Sustainability teams to ensure integrated, compliant solutions.

You will support client engagement, bids and project delivery while maintaining strong cross-disciplinary collaboration and a focus on value and sustainability across the built environment.

Qualifications

• Honours or master's degree in engineering, architecture or related field.
• Chartered status (CEng/MCIBSE) is highly desirable.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering design across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership and QA for mechanical systems.
• Support client engagement and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with BIM and Sustainability teams for integrated outputs.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and resource allocation to protect profitability.
• Mentor engineers, graduates and trainees within the team.
• Support business development and bid input where required.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulations.
