Job summary

The Form Partnership in Bristol is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design delivery for our growing client portfolio. You will work within an agile MEP and sustainability team to develop integrated systems and ensure project success.

You will use Revit, AutoCAD and IES, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure compliance with British Standards while driving innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Four years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer, ideally in consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and building services.
• Proficient with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Experience of IES software desirable.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication.
• Familiarity with relevant British Standards.
• Experience of working in the London Commercial market.
• A proactive, open-minded approach and a collaborative 'can do' spirit.

Responsibilities

• Producing specifications, calculations, and reports tailored to client needs.
