Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking a Mechnical Engineer / Senior Engineer to design, build and operate unique experimental facilities at a major hazards research site on the Cumbria/Northumberland border. You will own projects from design through live testing and contribute to hydrogen safety and battery storage initiatives.

The role requires strong fundamentals in mechanical, gas, pipeline or chemical engineering, a hands-on on-site approach, and a clear path toward chartership for Senior Engineer

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in mechanical, gas, pipeline or chemical engineering.
• Hands-on and on-site mindset.
• Chartership path or clear route to chartership for Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate unique experimental facilities and full-scale test rigs.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from design through construction, commissioning and live testing.
• Take on technical ownership and lead complex programmes.
• Contribute to hydrogen safety and battery storage research.
