Talent Motion is searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Design & Projects) to join our London team. The role focuses on leading M&E design projects from concept through to detailed design across diverse sectors, with hybrid working options including home-based work.

The position offers a salary up to £66,000 plus a comprehensive package including a bonus (~10%), medical and pension benefits, and a flexible working environment to support work–life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side M&E design projects from concept to stage 7 detailed design.
• Develop design solutions across office fit-outs, data centres, life sciences, healthcare and industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with the wider M&E team and clients to manage projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
