3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical package for a landmark data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. The role focuses on overseeing HVAC, cooling and piping installations within a mission-critical facility.

You will review drawings, coordinate with electrical and commissioning teams, and mentor junior engineers while driving safety, quality and schedule on site.

Qualifications

• Data centre experience essential.
• Degree in mechanical or building services engineering.
• Several years' experience with main or M&E contractors.
• Strong knowledge of data centre cooling, HVAC and piping systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid CSCS card or equivalent site safety training.
