Sweco is currently recruiting an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative Building Services team. Could this be you?
The position can be based in either London or Maidenhead. We operate on a hybrid basis, which means you'll spend at least three days per week in the office with the team and can work from home the other two days if you wish.
As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you'll support the delivery of various projects for key clients within a multidisciplinary design team. Your responsibilities will span from project feasibility to detailed design and construction support, working on small, medium, and large iconic projects.
Typically, you will:
You should have a recognized academic qualification in Building Services (such as a Degree, HND, or HNC) and be working towards a professional qualification and Chartership/membership of an appropriate professional body like CIBSE.
Familiarity with BREEAM and energy assessment qualifications, as well as experience working on high-rise and technically complex buildings, will be advantageous.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but recent graduates seeking their next career step are also encouraged to apply.
