Carrington West is seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer in Manchester to lead design delivery for HVAC and Public Health systems. You will produce calculations, specifications, and reports, and coordinate with clients, contractors, architects and multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers hybrid working and a path to Chartered status, with mentorship and development opportunities across high-profile projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Membership of CIBSE and working towards Chartered status.
• Strong experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects.
• Proven design experience covering HVAC and Public Health systems.
• Excellent technical detailing, specification writing, and report preparation skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.

Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working Available)
Rate: GBP50 to GBP55p/h (Depending on your key experiences)

• Designing and specifying mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and Public Health systems

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status
• Delivery of projects across multiple sectors

• IES Thermal Modelling
• Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks
