Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

With around 10 years of experience in Building Services, you’ve seen projects through and learned from mistakes. You know most things about HVAC and have developed a good appreciation for Electrical, and can tell if a design that looks OK on a model will work onsite.

From a quick walk around a site, you’ll know where the weak links are and how to solve them. You can identify problems and risks early in a project and deal with them within the allocated time and budget.

You appreciate the importance of balancing technical ability, project & financial management, whilst providing outstanding service to clients. You enjoy mentoring and developing the up-and-coming engineers and want to share what you’ve learned with them. You are digitally savvy, can work through a Revit model, and appreciate the value of hybrid working.

However, you can still sit in front of an architect with a blank piece of paper and sketch out a concept and help bring their ideas to life. If this sounds like you, you are going to love working at this Building Services Consultancy based in London.

You’ll join a passionate and experienced team of engineers and designers, a team that blends the best of “old school” with “new school.” A team of MEP Engineers genuinely loves what they do, and all share information and want to design better-performing buildings that help society.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll partner with signature architects on interesting projects. You’ll have the autonomy to do things your way; however, you’ll also have easy access to the Partners and Directors when you need a second opinion or a bit of help with something.
