Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading property consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer in Leeds. The role focuses on design and management of mechanical building services across a varied portfolio.

Candidates should hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, with building services design and project delivery experience to final account. CIBSE membership or Chartered status is desirable; a UK driving licence is required.

Key Talent Solutions is working closely with a leading property consultancy client that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Location: Leeds

Salary: up to £50,000

Hybrid and flexible working

Permanent, full-time position

You will be responsible for the design and management of mechanical building services across a varied portfolio of construction, refurbishment and alteration projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Mechanical building services design experience
• Experience managing projects from inception through to final account
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• CIBSE membership, Chartered status or a willingness to work towards it
• Experience producing specifications, tender documentation and budget estimates
• A full UK driving licence
