Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer in London to lead design delivery for HVAC and Public Health systems. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to influence project outcomes while mentoring junior engineers.

You will collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver technical solutions that meet regulatory requirements and project goals, and you’ll help develop engineering capability within project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Membership of CIBSE and working towards Chartered status.
• Strong experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects.
• Proven design experience covering HVAC and Public Health systems.
• Excellent technical detailing, specification writing and reports.

Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)

Rate: £50 to £55p/h (Depending on your key experiences)

Desirable Experience

Experience with any of the following would be highly advantageous:

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status

• Team leadership or line management experience
• IES Thermal Modelling
• Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks
