EnerMech currently has an opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the Engineering team based in Aberdeen. You will join a busy and growing team working on projects supporting our Cranes & Lifting Engineering team.
In your role, you will work as part of a team of engineers to deliver mechanical work scopes, working on designs to meet clients’ needs in a collaborative environment. Specific tasks will include supporting work scope methodologies, providing drawings and calculations. The role will also involve mentoring and directing junior technical engineers.
Candidates should be degree or HND qualified in mechanical engineering or a related field, and/or be a chartered member of a relevant institution such as IMechE, IMarE, or IET. Experience in mechanical engineering roles within the infrastructure, pharmaceutical, or energy sectors is essential.
You should have experience executing engineering calculations using tools like MathCad, Matlab, and 3D modelling and simulation software.
