Job summary

Turnbull seeks an Electrical/Mechanical Lead to join Europe’s largest civil engineering project at Hinkley Point C. You will supervise a team, ensure safety and compliance, and oversee maintenance of critical utility assets including water and sewer networks.

Role includes 4 on/4 off shift with potential 24/7 standby. NVQ Level 3 or AM2 plus 18th Edition desirable; SMSTS preferred. Excellent safety and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical or supervisory experience.
• Evidence of aptitude and process knowledge in water/waste treatment; SMSTS training.
• Confined Spaces Medium Risk; ability to self-manage workload.
• Previous people management on a construction site; safety and quality focused.
• AM2 Qualified and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient electrical/mechanical operation, maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis and repair of NNB Generation Company's assets.
• Maintain 100% environmental permit compliance and KPIs within budget.
• Supervise Black Hat monitoring and maintenance for dewatering and treatment assets serving HPC.
