Job summary

The role requires guiding SME teams, chairing design reviews, and ensuring robust, compliant designs across aerospace domains. You will work in a hybrid setup with potential travel to Amesbury/Malvern and be responsible for conveying high-integrity engineering concepts to customers while driving continuous improvement and risk management

Qualifications

• HNC/HND/Degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive CAD experience and strong experience owning work packets.
• Significant experience creating technical drawings from 3D models.
• Experience generating concepts and exposing ideas to critique.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery ofMechanical Design solutions and own complex tasks.
• Chair and guide design reviews with SMEs and customers.
• Write detailed reports and manage technical teams for optimized designs.
• Coordinate verification, validation, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
