Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience developing medical devices through full product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of injection molding and high-volume manufacturing.
• Understanding of precision mechanisms and tolerance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own designs from concept through production.
• Develop precision mechanical components and assemblies.
• Produce 3D CAD drawings and documentation.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and investigations.
• Apply DFM and DFA to optimise for scalable production.
• Assess tolerance stack-ups and manufacturing variation impact.
