Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design function from concept through manufacture.
• Create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
• Perform structural analysis/FEA to validate designs under real-world conditions.
• Evaluate materials, fabrication methods, and welding/bolting strategies.
• Implement change management and ensure producibility on the shop floor.
