Contract Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services

Outside IR35

Hybrid

London

Do you have extensive experience as a Mechanical Engineer working within the Building Services sector?

Are you interested in working on projects across the hotel, residential and education sectors?

THE ROLE

As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in all stages of this consultancy's projects from feasibility to completion across varying sectors, but you will mainly assist on a range of hotel, residential and education projects.

The contract currently has no end date and is expected to be a minimum of 6 months' work to assist in the current heavy project pipeline.

ABOUT YOU

The successful Senior Mechanical Engineer will need:

1. A minimum of 10 years' working within the Building Services industry.
2. To be degree qualified either with a Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree.
3. To be proficient in the use of relevant industry software, e.g. Revit, AutoCAD etc.
4. To have experience carrying out surveys, feasibility studies, troubleshooting etc.
