Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in Huntington/Cambridge area to own mechanical design decisions and client relationships while remaining hands-on.

I’m recruiting a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for an established multidisciplinary building-services consultancy in Huntingdon.

Also suitable for candidates around St Neots, Cambridge, Peterborough, Bedford, Ely and Cambourne

You’ll take genuine ownership of mechanical design decisions, projects and client relationships while still staying technically hands-on.

Your projects could involve:

• Heating & cooling systems
• Ventilation
• Heat pumps / low-carbon plant
• Heating & cooling calculations
• Revit / AutoCAD
• Specifications and technical reports
• Construction support

The ideal person will be equally happy working through a technical calculation and presenting the solution to a client or design team.

You’ll also have exposure to a broad mix of projects across healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial and low-carbon buildings.
