Enisca Browne, part of Browne Group, seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead mechanical designs for water and wastewater projects. You will own the design from concept to completion and mentor engineers across multidisciplinary teams to meet regulatory and client requirements.
The role requires being in the office or on site at least 3 times per week, enabling collaboration and ensuring high standards of safety and sustainability in our solutions.
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to play a leading role within our Design Team, taking technical ownership of mechanical engineering solutions across a wide range of water and wastewater treatment projects.
In this role, you will guide the full design process from concept through to completion, ensuring every mechanical system meets regulatory, safety, and client requirements while maintaining high standards of efficiency and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated designs, oversee technical reviews and risk assessments, and provide expert support during procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Acting as a mentor to junior engineers, you will help shape the future capability of the team while championing innovation, quality, and best practice across the business.
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office or on site at least 3 times a week.
