Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer for a contract role in Hampshire, specialising in building services including heating, ventilation and public health systems. The position is outside IR35 and offers £40 per hour.

You will design, review and deliver mechanical services on local authority projects, ensure Legionella compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders while visiting sites as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in building services.
• Strong knowledge of Legionella compliance and water hygiene regulations.
• Experience with public sector / local authority projects preferred.

• Experience working on public sector / local authority projects preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
