Job Description:

We seek a Senior Design Engineer with extensive skills in at least one major CAD system, a strong understanding of design processes, material selection, and detailed design. You will own mechanical systems from concept through to production.

• Designing mechanical components and systems
• Proficiency in a major CAD system (e.g., CATIA V5), producing detailed drawings with GD&T application
• Strong theoretical and practical engineering skills
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and adapt to new areas
• Preparation of BOMs and project documentation
• Supporting junior team members’ development
• Background in automotive or aerospace design
• Experience dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Supporting build and development with technicians
• Experience with rig and vehicle testing for development and sign-off
• Knowledge of simulation tools for development acceleration
