Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Mechanical Coordinator/Supervisor at Heysham 1 to lead a nine-person mechanical team, oversee project work, PPM and reactive tasks, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery. You will work closely with EDF and stakeholders, manage RAMS, reports, and maintenance documentation, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the nine-person mechanical team.
• Plan and deliver project-based and maintenance work.
• Review requirements and price project-based mechanical works.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Prepare RAMS, risk assessments, and maintenance reports.
• Liaise with EDF and other stakeholders.
• Support outages and wider project activities.
• Drive performance and development of the team.
