Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager for the Turbine Hall scope at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater. The role focuses on planning, coordination and execution of major mechanical erection activities with heavy equipment, rotating machinery and critical interfaces.

• Strong mechanical construction or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess construction readiness before mechanical installation activities commence.
• Review installation sequences, access requirements, lifting plans and logistics strategies.
• Review and challenge subcontractor construction methodologies.
• Validate mechanical erection procedures and installation approaches.
• Review welding methods, rigging arrangements and NDT requirements.
• Ensure mechanical works are delivered using safe, practical and efficient construction methods.
• Identify potential constructability issues and drive solutions before they affect site execution.
