Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior mechanical building services engineer to lead the design and technical delivery of complex projects in a collaborative, flexible environment. You will shape heating, cooling, ventilation and energy strategies while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

In this role you will interact with clients, manage design risk, review technical submissions and support business growth through strong relationships and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status with membership of a relevant professional institution.
• Extensive design and project experience across mechanical building services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and technical delivery of building services projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical strategies and design solutions.
• Coordinate interfaces across architecture, structures, sustainability, fire and other disciplines.
• Coach and mentor delivery teams while supporting business growth.
