Energy Jobline CVL seeks a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a Midlands-based leading building services consultancy. You will manage design and delivery across healthcare, commercial and industrial projects, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• HND or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, and CIBSE membership.
• Experience in senior mechanical design roles within building services.
• Knowledge of healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of projects up to £5M, up to RIBA stage 3.
• Be a key member of a close-knit consulting team.
• Maintain client relationships across three valued clients.
• Work on healthcare, commercial and industrial projects.
• Utilise latest design packages to stay at the forefront of engineering.
