Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in Mechanical Building Services Consultancy and Design.
• Experience aligned with Incorporated Engineer knowledge requirements for CIBSE.

Responsibilities

• Survey, design, coordinate, report and inspect the installation of mechanical services in buildings.
• Provide engineering consultancy across new build, redevelopment, and refurbishment projects.

Creating thermal models

Producing drawings in CAD

Knowledge of Building Regulations

Dynamic Thermal Modelling Software

Education

ONC Building Services, HNC Building Services or equivalent degree in Building Services Engineering
