A leading engineering consultancy based in York is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will survey, design, and coordinate the installation of mechanical services across various projects including new builds and refurbishments. You should hold relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering and have over 3 years of experience in consultancy and design. Formación

• Over 3 years of experience in Mechanical Building Services Consultancy and Design.
• Experience aligned with Incorporated Engineer knowledge requirements for CIBSE.

Responsabilidades

• Survey, design, coordinate, report and inspect the installation of mechanical services in buildings.
• Provide engineering consultancy across new build, redevelopment, and refurbishment projects.

Conocimientos

Creating thermal models

Producing drawings in CAD

Knowledge of Building Regulations

Dynamic Thermal Modelling Software

Educación

ONC Building Services, HNC Building Services or equivalent degree in Building Services Engineering

Herramientas

AutoCAD

EDSL TAS or IES
