Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Mechanical Revit Designer to join our team in Reading on a hybrid basis. The role requires delivering BIM solutions across mechanical disciplines, producing 3D CAD and 2D drawings, and coordinating multi-disciplinary models while working within secure environments.

The successful candidate will have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM processes, plus familiarity with Plant 3D or Inventor as nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Ability to produce 3D CAD information in a BIM environment.
• Production of 2D drawings from the 3D model.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D CAD information in a BIM environment.
• Create 2D drawings (layouts, arrangements, schematics, sections, elevations) from 3D model.
• Coordinate systems and resolve clashes across multi-disciplines.
