Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Commercial Contract Manager to join the South Yorkshire Police Force in Sheffield. This permanent, full-time role requires hybrid working with 2 days in the office weekly.

The ideal candidate will hold MCIPS Level 6, have public sector contract management experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead contracts end-to-end with clear commercial acumen. The salary is £44,700–£49,716 per annum, with a competitive package and opportunities to impact service

• Monitor performance, manage risks and implement improvements.
• Provide expert advice on commercial strategies to support objectives.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance to senior management.
