Job summary

Provide professional nursing leadership for Pre-Assessment and Day Unit services across the Trust.
Lead transformation and optimisation of perioperative pathways to improve patient experience, efficiency and outcomes.
Drive development of innovative care models to support elective recovery and best practice.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe care through governance and risk management.
Lead workforce planning, staff development and succession planning to build resilient teams.
Collaborate with surgical, anaesthetic, operational and corporate colleagues to improve patient flow.
