Job summary

Everyman Driving Experiences is seeking a Master Technician / Workshop Quality Controller at Donington Park. This senior, hands-on role focuses on diagnosing, repairing and inspecting high-performance vehicles to ensure safety and reliability for driving events.

You will lead workshop quality control, sign off repairs, support technicians, and work toward becoming Workshop Manager. The role offers a direct impact on event readiness and long-term progression within a specialist automotive

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ hands-on experience in a professional automotive workshop.
• Advanced mechanical and diagnostic ability.
• Experience completing major mechanical repairs, fault-finding and safety-critical work.
• Strong understanding of braking, suspension, steering, drivetrain, engine and electrical systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all completed workshop jobs before release.
• Confirm repairs are completed correctly, safely and to a high standard.
• Carry out final mechanical, visual and diagnostic inspections.
• Complete road tests where appropriate.
• Provide technical support and coaching to technicians.
• Deputise for the Workshop Manager when required.
