Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Master Scheduler for the Pall Aerospace Operations in Redruth, on-site. You will coordinate master production scheduling, align forecasted demand with capacity, and collaborate with Sales, Production, and Procurement to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field and extensive experience in production planning, forecasting, and ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or similar in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain, production control, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting and anticipating production needs and capabilities.
• Experience balancing day-to-day results with systematic problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the focal point with Senior management for master schedule communications, on-time delivery, planning, and forecasts.
• Approve customer order changes within the cumulative lead time of MPS and align requirements with manufacturing capabilities and suppliers.
• Manage and maintain an integrated master production schedule that satisfies customer demand while leveling to manufacturing.
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering and Procurement to develop lead times and standard lot sizes; monitor results and communicate with teams.
• Inform stakeholders of plant resource constraints and develop plans to achieve on-time shipments.
