Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to own the master production schedule for the Pall Aerospace Operations in Redruth. This on-site role will coordinate with manufacturing, engineering and sales to ensure on-time, optimized production plans.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain planning, forecasting, and MRP systems, with the ability to manage complexity and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or similar in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Extensive experience in production control, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Strong forecasting and production planning analytics.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP/MRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point with Senior management for the master schedule, on-time delivery, planning, and forecasts based on the MPS.
• Approve customer order changes within the MPS lead time and align requirements with manufacturing capacity and suppliers.
• Maintain an integrated master production schedule that satisfies demand while balancing to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Procurement to develop lead times and standard lot sizes; monitor results.
• Develop plans to address plant resource constraints and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
