Job summary

Mous is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own the Amazon marketplace channel, a fast-growing £8M P&L central to our commercial strategy. You will set direction across advertising, inventory and content, and back decisions with strong data-driven insights.

You will report to the Head of Commercial and collaborate with Creative, Growth and Data teams. There is clear ownership to scale the team and impact the business as Mous grows globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a business analyst, consulting, or similarly commercially focused role.
• Strong data analysis skills, comfortable with large datasets.
• Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for Mous’ marketplace channel, setting direction and priorities.
• Lead end-to-end performance reporting across the channel—sales, stock availability, aged inventory, and paid vs. brand performance.
• Coordinate and direct team across advertising, inventory and content to execute the strategy.
• Partner with Growth to shape Amazon advertising strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
• Use the channel for international expansion, identifying opportunities to enter and scale new markets.
• Own planning and readiness for major trading moments like Prime Day and Black Friday.
• Manage and develop the Marketplaces Executive, providing structure as the team grows.
• Make pricing, promotions and inventory planning decisions to keep the channel on track.
