Mous is seeking a Marketplaces Growth Manager to own the marketplace strategy across 9 markets and drive growth. You will oversee performance, unlock opportunities, and influence product launches while shaping the future of Mous’ marketplace function.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, optimise profitability, and scale the Amazon channel, with hybrid working and a focus on delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and optimising Amazon marketplace performance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into action.
• Understanding of inventory and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Build and define the marketplace strategy with a focus on Amazon.
• Lead end-to-end performance reporting and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and coach the Marketplaces Executive team.
• Collaborate with Growth to align paid media with commercial goals.
• Identify opportunities for international expansion and new markets.
