This Senior Marketing & Social Media Advisor role is based at a leading international law firm and is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract within their Early Careers team.

The main focus of this position is to enhance the firm's brand as a top employer in the UK early careers market and to develop and implement a comprehensive, best-in-class attraction campaign.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract high-quality talent.
• Managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content creation and engagement strategies.
• Creating engaging digital content such as videos, podcasts, and photography.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen employer branding.
• Managing relationships with media suppliers and overseeing budget allocation.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to improve ROI.

Qualifications required:
