Qualifications

• Experience planning and prioritising complex multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, telemarketing).
• Ability to interpret performance data and make optimisation recommendations.
• Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritise cross-portfolio marketing activity.
• Manage visibility of campaigns across known audiences and first-party data.
• Improve planning, prioritisation and campaign clash management processes.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure key planning activities are delivered.
• Maintain channel forecasts and planning calendars aligned to priorities.
