- Interim position - 2 direct reports
About Our Client
Pension advisory business in London seeking a senior marketing manager (interim). This is a mat cover position starting July/August.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic sales and marketing plans & campaigns, including content assets, email marketing, website and digital optimisation, social media, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Lead the brand's client satisfaction programme, including supplier management and monitoring KPIs such as NPS and client feedback.
- Manage account-based marketing programmes for key accounts, designing campaigns to enhance client engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Organise industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partnerships, ensuring strong brand presence and KPI monitoring.
- Link marketing activities to lead generation, maintaining performance dashboards on brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Manage the marketing department's budget, reporting on ROI and ensuring team processes are followed.
- Collaborate on strategic marketing projects involving data, insights, CRM, and cross-team coordination.
The Successful Applicant
Key Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years in marketing and sales enablement.
- Experience in professional or financial services (B2B & B2B2C).
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Confident, commercially-aware marketer with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and creative flair.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Expertise in project and campaign management, handling multiple high-priority projects under deadlines.
- Knowledge of agency relationships and sourcing.
- Performance management experience with small teams.
- Understanding of database management, segmentation, and data enrichment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and WordPress.
- Knowledge of marketing within a regulated environment.
What's on Offer
12-month contract starting July/August, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with 2-3 days in London office weekly.
