Job description

…a social-first creative agency based in East London. Our rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors and account managers work together to create impactful content and advertising for our list of global brands, covering FMCG, fashion, beauty, and tech. We’re a hybrid working agency, with time spent in the office and working from home.

This role is for you if…

…you’re a conceptual advertising creative with experience or strong interest in social-media.

You understand how to turn strategy into compelling campaigns that reach consumers.

You have an incredible creative mind that can flex into ideas for social media and above-the-line advertising – at Digital Natives we are social-first and influencer agency, but our storytelling capabilities often extend to OOH and TVC media buys too, so understanding the nuances of all is key.

You want to work on B2C household and FMCG brands (weighing heavily on beauty and writing/craft) pushing boundaries and innovation –social-media is absolutely the place to try new things and create culture.

You don’t want to labor over one campaign a year and instead want to work on several a month, social-media works quickly and so do we.

You’re well versed in writing up and selling your ideas to both creative directors and to clients. You can swing between copywriting and art direction, breathing life into your ideas with well-rounded execution.

You’re interested in, and have some experience in the production of your ideas, both on set and in the studio with editors and designers.

You’re quick thinking and adaptable with the ability to change your approach depending on the project– at DN we live and breathe social and an ability to learn and challenge best practices is a must.

You’re able to work independently and with any one of our skilled team members from social media executives, to strategists, art directors or video creatives – teamwork is a key part of our process,

Day-to-day you’ll be …

  • Translating advertising briefs into creative concepts
  • Creatively developing your ideas into executions (tone of voice, look and feel)
  • Seeing your ideas through the production process into fully formed ad campaigns
  • Pitching/sharing ideas with CDs and clients

You should apply if…

  • Have a strong portfolio of conceptual work (feat social-first projects)
  • You have a persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • You have impeccable attention to detail
  • You can manage your time effectively to work across multiple projects and to deadlines
