Rippleworks is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its growth strategy and campaigns aimed at both B2C learners and B2B employers. This critical role involves developing multi-channel marketing strategies, managed through a small team, to enhance brand awareness and engagement, making a significant impact in a mission-driven charity environment.
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours:
Salary: £40,000 p.a FTE, with annual increases subject to performance
Location: Candidate must be resident and have the right to work in the UK
We have offices in: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow.
We ask that colleagues living within one hour of a regional base attend the office a minimum of once per week. Colleagues living further away are asked to attend a minimum of once per month.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our brand and campaigns across both our B2C and B2B audiences. This is a critical role within the charity, responsible for growing our organic channels, leading digital performance, and managing a small team and agency relationships.
For Generation, B2C means reaching and engaging people who are facing barriers to employment, and who are suitable for our skills bootcamp programmes. On the B2B side, you’ll be building brand awareness, engaging employers and supporting our Partnerships team to bring employers onboard to hire our learners at the end of their bootcamp journey. You will be instrumental in scaling our reach and supporting conversion across both audiences.
