This is a unique opportunity for a talented and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive (Account Based Marketing) to play a pivotal role in driving Civica's growth. Reporting to the New Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for delivering precision ABM campaigns that generate high-quality leads and pipeline opportunities.
If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about executing highly targeted marketing campaigns, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
- Develop personalised and highly targeted ABM campaign journeys for key customer segments in line with Civica's marketing plans for new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Create, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns to build awareness, drive engagement, and deliver high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to sales teams.
- Leverage analytics and insights to track campaign performance, optimise conversion rates, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Marketing Business Partners, Product Marketing, and Sales, to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Utilise ABM tools such as Demandbase to drive campaign personalisation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Take ownership of campaign reporting and analysis, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the marketing team by embracing new technologies and marketing trends
Requirements
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology or SaaS sector, with a strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Expertise in developing and executing targeted ABM campaigns, using personalised customer journeys and an integrated mix of channels to generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure campaign performance, optimise strategies, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Proficient in key marketing tools, including:
- ABM platforms such as Demandbase (or similar)
- Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Power BI or other data analytics tools (preferred)
