Reporting to the New Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will lead targeted ABM campaigns to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop personalized, targeted ABM campaigns for key customer segments aligned with Civica's marketing strategies for new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  2. Create, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for sales.
  3. Use analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing Business Partners, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment.
  5. Utilize ABM tools like Demandbase for personalization, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  6. Take ownership of campaign reporting, analysis, and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation by embracing new marketing technologies and trends.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or SaaS, with a strong understanding of ABM.
  2. Experience in developing and executing targeted ABM campaigns using personalized customer journeys across multiple channels.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
  4. Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  5. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Demandbase (or similar ABM platforms), Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics tools like Power BI.
