About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll join our established team of 6+ marketing professionals, including designers, web developers, and SEO specialists. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, with support from a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You’ll take ownership of our global events execution from high-profile trade shows to exclusive client events. You’ll manage engaging social media campaigns, support the compilation and preparation of compelling case studies, and lead storytelling initiatives that showcase our impact and innovation.

This role is ideal for a creative and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, international setting and is passionate about using marketing as a catalyst for growth and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute our stands and activations at international trade shows and corporate events, ensuring brand consistency and high visibility.
2. Lead event marketing campaigns that engage clients and generate leads before, during, and after the event.
3. Support the planning and execution of One World Rental’s Dine at Dusk dinner experiences, managing marketing content and event promotion.
4. Drive the storytelling function by overseeing case studies, editorial content, and other success stories that highlight our global achievements.
5. Manage social media campaigns across multiple regions and platforms, maintaining an engaging and consistent online presence.
6. Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional merchandise, competitions, and other ad hoc marketing initiatives.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
8. Contribute to PR efforts and editorial strategies to amplify brand reputation across markets.
9. Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Who we’re looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in previous marketing roles, ideally in global or high-growth businesses.
2. Proven ability to lead various marketing initiatives and motivate a diverse sales and marketing team.
3. High level of experience in planning and executing trade shows and live events.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative storytelling.
5. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
6. Hands-on experience in social media and email marketing.
7. Confident in using marketing platforms and digital tools to track performance and optimize results.
8. A genuine passion for brand building, innovation, and global outreach.
