Day to day, you’ll be getting involved in:

• Owning the brand identity and bringing it to life across all channels
• Writing, creating, and sharing content that makes people stop and take notice
• Managing the website, making sure it not only looks good, but also performs
• Producing standout case studies, videos, and social campaigns that tell a story
• Supporting with internal communications and lead generation
• Using tools like Canva and Wix to create and edit content
• Tracking how things are going and sharing insight that drives smarter decisions

You’ll work closely with the leadership team and have the autonomy to put your stamp on things. It's ideal for someone confident working independently, who enjoys variety, and thrives in an environment where every day brings something a little different.

What we’re looking for:

You might have a background in B2B marketing, or maybe you've worked in sectors like energy, construction, or sustainability. Either way, you’re someone who gets strategy but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the doing.

Do you have a couple of years’ experience under your belt? With strong content writing skills? And, experience juggling multiple projects, keeping a brand on point, and working cross functionally? You’re exactly who we want to talk to.

Location:

This is a full time, on-site role based in Colchester, Essex. Due to the collaborative and hands on nature of the business, being in the office is key for learning, sharing ideas, and working closely with the wider team. This role would therefore suit candidates based in Colchester and surrounding Essex areas such as Chelmsford, Braintree, Witham, Clacton-on-Sea, Maldon, Halstead, or even those commuting from Suffolk locations like Ipswich or Sudbury.
