A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Senior Marketing & Events Specialist to drive marketing initiatives across their venues. This role involves managing partnerships, delivering impactful campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships within a collaborative environment. We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing & Events Specialist to join our team during a period of exciting growth. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with strong potential to become permanent.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to lead marketing and events activity across a selection of our UK Paris Society and Rikas venues—specifically focusing on Food & Beverage and Leisure offerings. We’re looking for someone who can start immediately, take ownership, and deliver results from day one.

Responsibilities
·Partnerships & Sponsorships – Managing cross-venue brand partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations, ensuring alignment with our F&B and leisure goals under the direction of our Marketing lead.
·Event Programming & Calendar Planning - Identifying and activating key cultural and commercial calendar moments through creative events and offers. Negotiating contra-deals and managing brand activations with a focus on value and impact.
·Campaign Delivery – Delivering integrated marketing campaigns—from concept to execution—across our venues, ensuring cohesive storytelling and audience engagement.
·Performance & ROI Tracking - Tracking and analysing the performance of campaigns, events, and partnerships, ensuring effective reporting and smooth post-deal communication.
·Email Marketing – Support the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns in collaboration with each team targeting key audiences effectively.
·Digital Content & CMS – Maintain and update venue websites and content platforms, ensuring all F&B and leisure content is current, compelling, and on-brand.
Qualifications
·Proven experience in a senior marketing/events role within hospitality, leisure, or premium/lifestyle venues
·Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships
·Excellent project management, multitasking, and organisational abilities
·A creative mindset with a data-led approach to campaign success
·Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal
·A valuable network of industry contacts and potential partners
·Confident using CRM/email tools and CMS platforms
