Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to enhance the efficiency of our global marketing team. The successful candidate will maintain and evolve our lead process and uphold the integrity of our campaign structure. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Dataiku's growth by supporting our marketing team in defining best practices and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Audit current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for transformation.
  • Serve as the first line of defense between marketers and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with marketers to identify pain points and develop projects to address them.
  • Act as liaison between Operations and Demand Generation teams to define and scope overlapping projects.
  • Manage our Marketing Enablement program using Mindtickle.
  • Develop Campaign Analytics dashboards in partnership with the Analytics team.
  • Gather lead quality feedback from BDR leaders and adjust scoring rules accordingly.
  • Optimize and consolidate HubSpot workflows to improve processing efficiency.
Candidate Profile
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting marketing operations in mid to large organizations.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing (online, offline, ABM) and automation systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and technology (HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deliverables.
  • Experienced project manager with stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Comfortable working operationally and developing high-level frameworks.
