Job summary

Tails.com is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead performance analysis, forecasting, and media investment decisions that drive growth for our pet nutrition platform. You will partner with Marketing, Finance and Data to optimise channel performance and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in marketing performance, media performance, growth marketing or analytics.
• Proven ability to build forecasts, reforecasts and investment models.
• Strong understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Display and other channels.
• Experience translating data into commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with large datasets and performance reporting.
• Able to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance evaluation across all acquisition channels.
• Analyze campaigns and channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate performance trends and diagnose drivers of changes in volume and efficiency.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve acquisition.
• Develop frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and incremental value.
• Partner with channel specialists and agencies to optimise opportunities.
• Build forecasting and scenario planning to guide budget allocation.
