Job summary

HCC Service Co. UK Branch in the City of London is seeking a Claims Adjuster or Senior Claims Adjuster to manage and handle Marine Liability claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marine Liability, either with 2+ years or 5+ years of experience, depending on the role.

Responsibilities include ensuring claims are processed timely, providing feedback to underwriters, and mentoring team members. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Marine Liability claims experience required for Claims Adjuster.
• 5+ years of experience required for Senior Claims Adjuster.
• Excellent knowledge of ECF and Lloyd's Claims Schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle Marine Liability claims within the London Market Claims team.
• Provide feedback to underwriters regarding claim issues.
• Ensure timely and equitable claims processing.
