Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - NPI to lead the manufacturing engineering delivery of new products from concept through to ramp-up. You will ensure designs are manufacturable, production-ready and meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

You will own NPI manufacturing plans, lead DFMA reviews, coordinate prototype and pilot builds, and drive robust processes, documentation and readiness before production release.

Qualifications

Significant manufacturing engineering experience in production environments.
Experience leading NPI and industrialisation from development or prototype to production.
Strong problem solving and data-driven planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPI and industrialisation projects from concept to ramp-up.
Develop and validate robust manufacturing processes and toolings.
Own production release, process documentation and SOPs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet milestones.
Drive yield, cycle time, cost and delivery improvements.
