Hyster-Yale Materials Handling is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (New Product Introduction) to join our team in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will handle new designs and develop Lean manufacturing processes.

This role involves managing projects, controlling budgets, and ensuring efficient product flow while providing support in Assembly departments. A degree in Engineering and relevant experience in manufacturing engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering experience in Assembly/Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering roles and change control processes.
• Experience leading projects and managing budgets.
• Capability in line design and layout changes.
• Experience dealing cross-functionally with global departments.

Responsibilities

• Implement new designs within Assembly processes.
• Develop and embed best practice Lean manufacturing processes.
• Control budgets within AOP targets.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage projects.
• Ensure new designs are implemented safely and efficiently.
