Job summary

Avd Appoint Ltd is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Glamorgan to lead multiple CAPEX projects, install new machinery, and drive production-line upgrades for a growing technology-focused organisation.

The role requires proven experience as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer or similar, with hands-on oversight of machinery installation or commissioning in a factory setting, and a track record of delivering improvements on manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.
• Experience overseeing installation/commissioning of machinery into a factory.
• Ability to modify or upgrade existing production lines.
• Desirable: strong electrical understanding.
• Desirable: ability to programme PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple CAPEX projects.
• Install machinery and equipment for new production lines.
• Modify, upgrade and alter existing lines within the factory.
